Dinner

Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. Leave modern habits behind and travel back in time. Everything here is very authentic for one simple reason - it's all true, and there's nothing artificial or touristy about it. It's simply well-preserved and genuine antiquity. The medieval show with dinner at "The Spider Inn" will give you a complete understanding of life and living conditions in ancient times.

Dinner consists of 6 menu options:

Menu #1 (with pork): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Smoked duck breast and turkey fillet on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh bread. SOUP:
  • Traditional Czech potato soup. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Old Czech stuffed pancakes and "Mushroom Cube" - pearl barley baked with mushrooms and garlic. MAIN COURSE:
  • Roast pork knuckle, cooked for 12 hours with a mixture of aromatic herbs, served with mashed potatoes, mustard, and horseradish. DESSERT:
  • Homemade pie.

Menu #2 (with poultry): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Smoked duck breast and turkey fillet on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh bread. SOUP:
  • Traditional Czech potato soup. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Old Czech stuffed pancakes and "Mushroom Cube" - pearl barley baked with mushrooms and garlic. MAIN COURSE:
  • 1/4 roasted duck, fried chicken leg in butter, served with mashed potatoes. DESSERT:
  • Homemade pie.

Menu #3 (with fish): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Smoked duck breast and turkey fillet on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh bread. SOUP:
  • Traditional Czech potato soup. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Old Czech stuffed pancakes and "Mushroom Cube" - pearl barley baked with mushrooms and garlic. MAIN COURSE:
  • Rainbow trout, baked in butter with fresh herbs, served with an assortment of homemade potato salads. DESSERT:
  • Homemade pie.

Menu #4 (vegetarian): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Czech cheese assortment on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh bread. SOUP:
  • Traditional Czech potato soup. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Old Czech stuffed pancakes and "Mushroom Cube" - pearl barley baked with mushrooms and garlic. MAIN COURSE:
  • Grilled vegetables with sesame sauce, served with mashed potatoes. DESSERT:
  • Homemade pie.

Menu #5 (vegan): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Fresh vegetable salad, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh bread. SOUP:
  • Traditional Czech potato soup. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Vegetable risotto. MAIN COURSE:
  • Grilled vegetables with sesame sauce, served with mashed potatoes. DESSERT:
  • Fruit salad.

Menu #6 (gluten-free): COLD APPETIZERS:

  • Smoked duck breast and turkey fillet on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with pieces of roasted red and yellow beets. Cheese mousse, fresh gluten-free bread. SOUP:
  • Chicken soup with meat and vegetables. HOT APPETIZERS:
  • Vegetable risotto. MAIN COURSE:
  • All options of the offered main courses (with slight modifications) are suitable for a gluten-free diet. DESSERT:
  • Fruit salad.
